'Clark Amer is a nice hotel to stay. Some of the front desk employee need a training how to behave, talk and be helpful to all the customers. There is a major difference how they take care of visitors with a high standard. At arrival there is a ceremony only for the high standard people, not for all customers.
Some of the front desk employee, don't listen to the customers at all, that's a shame, because it is a nice hotel.
I would advise the manager to train the front desk employee.

'The Fern hotels are always pleasurable and the one in Jaipur is no exception. The hotel is very good for business travellers as it is close to the airport in a business are under development. But also the more touristic areas fo Jaipur are in close range.
Comfortable and spacy rooms, friendly staff and nice restaurant on site. breakfast buffet is good.'
