This place has everything you need. The sofa bed is really not bad. The staffs are super nice, and can speak decent English to help customers. 'What we loved was that it's VERY hard to find accommodations in Tokyo that cater to a Canadian family of four. This property, as a suite, gave us two rooms with two beds in each room.
My wife and I were able to push our singles together to make a double and sleep together as we normally do.
Our two kids loved that they had a single each and moved them apart (lol siblings) so they weren't in each others space and faces.
