'The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

'Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! '

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'Perfect secluded little spot right in the heart of everywhere you want to be. Lovely breakfast options within a 2 minute walk. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. There is no smoking area on the property so smokers will have to walk out and stand on the street to smoke with your morning coffee, minor inconvenience and does not change the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. 'I was pleasantly surprised by our room. It was very large, clean with great amenities in the room. This is a boutique hotel so it's small and quaint. Nice rooftop with hot tubs and seating areas. We got this hotel for just one night before going on a cruise. We didn't get to really see the surrounding area. We did walk about 20 min to get to a more populated areas with more restaurants and social life. Would absolutely stay here again just for the room!!'

'After reservation the communication was promptly, when we got there the Room was very clean. We got room#4 it's definitely a minimalist room, enough for my son and I. The staff was very helpful, we really enjoyed it.'

'Loved our room we had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach and the pool. The spa services were amazing. The pools were nice and the servers and staff were friendly. The only issues was timing on getting service we waited long periods off times to get served or even be acknowledged. We found this unusual for an IGH property.'
