This beautiful new construction is on the edge of the jungle, overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean and beautiful secluded beach of San Pancho. Decorated in a very light and airy contemporary feel, this home is very comfortable and will meet the finest of expectations. Home includes infinity pool on the terrace overlooking the ocean, BBQ poolside, 2 suites with full bathrooms, one studio room which sleeps 2 additional guests, including kitchenette and TC, full bath downstairs in living area. Cable,international phone, internet, Alexa upstairs and downstairs and Netflix in bedroom, suite and living spaces. You have the entire house when you reserve Casa Pelicano, no shared areas. Close enough to town that a rental care is not required. Off street parking inside of house gates if you do choose to rent a car or golf cart. Beautiful beach just 1 minute walk. The owner Allison is available by phone or text 24/7. Allison will help plan your vacation from start to finish, including airport transportation, private chef, yog and massage in house and any activity in the area. She will send you a list to choose from and plan your stay! All of this great, personal concierge service is included in the rental of Casa Pelicano. There is also a house administrator that will be there to check you in and available by phone or text 24/7. House includes cleaning services mid week, pool cleaning and gardener. Sleeps 8 total.

Beautiful home, excellent location

Our family, with 2 young kids had a great stay. The home is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Very nice view of the ocean and only a few steps to the San Pancho beach. Great time. Thank you Allison and Maria.

Beautiful home

The house was gorgeous, and it had a stunning view from the house to the water and surrounding jungle. We enjoyed the peace and quiet from the deck listening to the ocean waves and hearing the jungle birds. There was a construction crew working on the bottom portion of the house the first two days we were at the property. Allison did coordinate with them to have them leave after we expressed our concerns about the noise which was appreciated, but it was not the best start to the trip and took away from our relaxation at the beginning. Overall, we felt lucky to find such a beautiful place to stay.

Fantastic home in San Pancho!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Pelicano! The house was lovely, close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood not too far from town and has beautiful views! Allison is a great host who assists with all activity arrangements and if you want to eat in but don’t want to cook, you must try Elena’s camarones al coco! Will definitely be back next year! Muchas gracias!

More than we expected

The house is great, it has an excelent location, just 1 block from the beach, the views from the house is just amazing. Everything on the description is as told. The house was very clean when we arrived. Allison is the best host there is, she was very kind and booked some snorkel and fishing for us. We would stay again at casa pelícano if we go again to san pancho. You wont regret it.

New rental at the best part of San Pancho's beach. 4 minute walk to the ocean and to Mar Plata. Also short walk to the new beach club. Great ocean views from the pool deck.

great house

this house is brand new, clean and the owner is accesible whenever there was a question that came up. The two bedrooms are upstairs and would be great for two families as each has their own bathroom as well. There is a third bathroom down stairs in the living room/kitchen area. It is open and spacious, while everything is new and so clean. The pool would be great if it were heated, so that was the only thing that we didn't really utilize. If you have small children you'll have to rent a golf cart to get into town because it is a good 30+ min walk either on the beach or on the road. But it's safe, and clean and the house is wonderful
