'Primero lo positivo. La propiedad tiene buena ubicación. Esta a 5-8 minutos de la playa caminando. Esta en una zona tranquila y es bastante segura. Ahora en lo que se puede mejorar. Primero ciertas partes de la habitación no fueron limpiadas adecuadamente. El microondas tenía pedazos de carne esparcidos por todo el interior de los previos huéspedes que se quedaron allí antes que nosotras. Y en la esquina de la cama a la izquierda habia un olor a orina. 'La Esquina was an amazing property for our vacation. We were there for our anniversary! Our host Brook was super welcoming, personable and friendly 🤗 loved our room and balcony with an amazing view of the pool a the ocean all at the same time! Very clean and fully stocked daily with the necessities. Staff was just as nice and friendly. The pool itself and the pool area was clean and it has an amazing view of the beach/ocean! The property is quaint and in just a few feet 👣 you are in the sand...

'We had such a wonderful stay at Ancora Hotel in Punta Mita. Our place had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and although we didn’t end up using the second bedroom, having the additional bathroom was incredibly convenient. The space was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The primary bedroom was especially roomy, and both the bed and the living room couch were perfect for relaxing after a day out. The highlight, though, was the incredible ocean view from both the bedroom and living room....
