'Nice hotel with all the facilities you need. Good that they allow you to use the facilities of the J.W. Marriott, which is attached to it. On my room some of the pillows had an unpleasant smell, they should be renewed or washed. Overall i would certainly recommend this hotel.'

'The room was extremely old and dirty. The toilet didn’t work properly and it got clogged and the janitor was unable to unclog it. We had to change rooms and the hotel staffs were unhelpful, they told us to use another room down the hall as they had no other solutions for us. We asked for the manager but he didn’t give us a follow up report. It was extremely dirty and it was very isolated from everywhere'

'We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou. The hotel is located right across from a beautiful park. It takes about a 6-minute walk to reach the park, where you can enjoy the lovely lotus leaves and peaceful scenery. 'I stayed for 4 weeks at Oakwood in Hangzhou in a one bedroom and really enjoyed the experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a great shower, tub, washer/dryer, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and TV with local channels as well as international channels. 'The hotel was sub standard for a 5 star hotel. At best it is worthy of 3 stars. The shower was over bath and everyth8ng screamed 1995. Everything needs a massive refurbishment. Staff were nice and the room clean. Breakfast ok and location to the westlake excellent. Its ok but dont expect the 5 star treamtment.'
