'The staff is very friendly. I love the free beverages and snacks from 1980s. The decorations give you an old time flavor, but the facilities are very modern. The location is super good, very close to Xihu (West Lake). I really enjoyed staying there.'

'The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs.
