'Very comfortable and clean. Hosts very informative. It’s in a quiet location off a Main Street with very easy walking access to the beach. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. It was easy to operate. We enjoyed our stay very much. '

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Smith House in Grayton Beach. It was his birthday week and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location, with lots of great restaurants and the beach within walking distance (or a quick bike ride!). The historic house was beautiful, so clean, and had all amenities available to make our stay nice and relaxing.
