'Trisha was an excellent host. She worked with us when we requested to stay an extra night. Check-in was simple. The house was clean & well-stocked with dishes, towels, seasonings, & other necessities. We were able to walk a short block to public beach access. The neighborhood felt safe & was quiet. My husband & I had four children with us (ages 8, 6, 4, & 2). There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us. The porch provided a great hangout spot. 'The carriage house is very nice and close to everything in Water Color Resort. Beth was an amazing host giving us lots of ideas to do things with our kids and place to eat. We recommend renting a golf cart as its fun to zip around the neighborhood with them. The trolly at Water Color is also great as well. We will be back!'
