'We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years...

'This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

'We have stayed here for two days on a business trip. The room was okay sized, clean and with comfortable beds. Enough service and good location to main roads! The neighborhood is bit shabby, but we just needed a clean bed for the night and that they offered. The only thing we didn't like and which is causing our "okay" rate, is the fact windows couldn't open at all! It left the room in a bit of a molled/dusty smell when entering the room and it took some time to get used to it everytime we...

'This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN'

'This room was not very clean. Staff had gone through and spot cleaned but the property itself was neglected and dinghy, in need of a deep clean (dust in corners, weird smell). There were also not enough plugs in the room. The one closest to my side of the bed was too far from nightstand and would also not hold the plug in, ended up charging my phone in the bathroom.'

'It was a pretty run down place, had a couple people that were doing drugs in the parking lot sitting in their vehicle with the doors wide open, and other travelers that had children witnessing it. Guess it comes down to you get what you pay for.'
