'Place was great and close to everything '

'The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. '

'No WiFi, but management came up with a solution. Had to use hard to figure out app for the laundry facilities '

'Great little townhouse, very clean, end unit so only one neighbor which is nice. Courtyard is beautiful with fountains, birds and a variety of tables for seating. Pool is just for a dip (very small) but was great to cool off in and lounge by. Inside the unit I did smell damp but saw no mold or mildew (its humid Florida so wasn’t surprised) and used a little spray lysol in the air and it never bothered us. Very quiet, king bed was comfy, plenty of new white fluffy bath towels and even pool towels...

'The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. Anthony was helpful and responsive to questions. It is next to a restaurant, but we found that helpful and a fun atmosphere. We would definitely stay again. '
