'The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

'The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. One thing if you are a light sleeper the noise may be a problem, you are on 5th ave and Senior Frogs is not even a block away and they play and talk very loud until 2-3 in the morning. 'When booking this stay I did not know it was an apartment and asked for a refund because l was traveling solo and did not want to book an air bnb. The owner denied me of my refund stating it says it in the booking, but it did not state this info. Also they did not provide any face towels. I was told they lived next door.
