'What a beautiful day this was. The views from the Inn are stunning. I was welcomed by Kevin (the owner) on arrival. I enjoyed a fabulous home-cooked styled curry for dinner (a must have if you are there for curry night). The rooms are clean and nicely set up. Both Kevin and Suzanne are superb hosts. Looking for a great place to stay this is it. I look forward to my return.'

'Great pub super location but the restaurant part needs looking at had English breakfast twice and it started at 8am we sat down at 8.05 and the bacon, sausage, hash brown were rock hard and a lot of people were asking for yogurt but were told sorry but delivery was late (3 days late) Would we go again. 'De kamers lagen in bijgebouwen t.o.v. de pub/restaurant, dit maakt het direct wat rustiger in de omgeving. De douche was goed. De kamer zelf was ruim en het derde bed was ook een boxspring i.p.v. een bijzetbed of een slaapbank wat wij gewend zijn. Dit is echt prettig voor een verblijf van een week. De ligging naast de rivier is prachtig. Wel verwarrend was dat wij dachten dat het hotel in Tiverton zelf lag en niet in een klein plaatsje (Bickley) ernaast, maar als je met eigen auto gaat is dit...

'The Globe is a lovely old inn and the floors and walls were all quirky and a little wonky - all part of it's charm. I had a lovely bright room with a wide windowsill overlooking the main street. The adjoining wet room had everything I needed - including fluffy white towels. I had 2 wonderful nights' sleep in a comfy bed with fresh white - good quality - linen. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. They helped me with my bags - even carrying them out to the car for me (I am disabled)...

'The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing.'
