Chalets in Cincinnati Riverfront

'It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. 'Perfect location.'

The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again...

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good.'
