« Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door. »

« It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. « They put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking, but they were very accommodating and moved me the next day, when one was available there is no breakfast in the morning which that would be nice if there was other than that it’s a great motel, and I would recommend it to anyone »

« We were not informed the room (Bakersfield, CA) was located in the annex, which was located next to an entrance/exit door causing the room to be extremely warm despite the air conditioner. »

« This property is absolutely GROSS!! Thank goodness I keep a can of Lysol disinfectant spray with me in my van because my room screamed GERMS everywhere’s!! This hotels inside looked like something out of the 1970s. With all original furnishings from the 1970s. VERY OLD AND OUTDATED ALL THROUGHOUT THIS HOTEL. Although the hotel was nasty and ran down looking both inside and out. Their hotel clerk there was SUPER nice!! Overall, just a nasty hotel. »

« Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...
