'The room was clean. Staff was fine. Our tub held water and did not drain properly. The usb plugs next to the beds did not work. There was a loud group staying on the floor above us, and there was stomping and yelling and kids knocking on our door and running down the halls well after 11pm. We usually stay here when visiting family, but this is the last time we will stay here. It has gone downhill recently.'

'It was a good value for the money spent. We were surprised to find out it was a motel when we arrived - nothing in the listing indicated that, we were expecting a hotel. But the room was reasonably clean (some spots on linens, sticky remote) and the free breakfast was very nice (waffles, sausage, eggs, assorted pastries and cereals). '

'Overall, I had a great stay. I was there for the Bearcats tournament. My first time staying and the aesthetics were lovely. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. The breakfast area view was relaxing. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar also. The only negative was a small amount of mold on the shower curtain. I would definitely stay again!'

'The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running.'
