'Cleanest hotel I've been to in a long time!'

'Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise'

'The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again...

'I loved the property. I just didn't like the parking arrangement'

'Good location'

'Room was nice was hoping for a better view. They need more carts to carry in your luggage. I had to have someone try to find me one when I first got there as I have mobility issues and can’t walk very well and I also cannot carry anything heavy. Staff found me one that was up on another floor when I got there but when it was time to leave, there wasn’t one to be found. They said they have two or three of them and lots of people keep them in their rooms. That’s just not acceptable for people who...

'Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???'

'The staff treated me like Family. So helpful and super supportive of My Business needs.'

'立地が最高です。 OTRに位置していてマーケットやブリュワリーRhinegeistにも歩いて行けるところ。 駐車場もわかりやすくて止めやすい。スタッフもとても親切。 無料の路面電車Connectorの停留所もすぐ近くなので街の中心エリアにもすぐ行けます。 おすすめです。'

'Everything about our stay was accommodating. The staff were very helpful and it was exactly as expected. There was a stain on the sheets, but they were obviously clean. There was bed bug covers in the bed which gave me peace of mind. The breakfast buffet was clean and fully stocked at all times. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good.'

'Great stay, the only thing I would say is I was in the back corner by a stairwell and it was pretty noisy. I could also hear the people above me in the morning. The rooms are really big and spacious and beds are comfy! Hotel is in a perfect location in OTR. staff was great! They brought me a mini fridge when I asked. I would stay here again, but pick a room away from a door/stairwell!'
