'This is the only place to stay in downtown Cincinnati. Location, staff and the facilities are top notch. Hotel manager Jessica was the best. You can not go wrong staying here.'

'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'The shower in the room the first time used wouldn’t give warm or hot water. When going out the front desk clerk told me to turn on the bathroom faucet at the same time. I informed her I ran the shower long enough to dispense hot water. Upon returning that night there was a note on the door saying it was repaired. Now the water was scolding hot. Only by playing with the handle was I able to shower without being burned. Apparently the room was never vacuumed. I noticed a finger nail or...

'We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. '

'The property was clean but the breakfast was less than average. The selection was minimal and the hot items were not very good. Someone also had dogs with them and they cried for over an hour one day and sounded like they were running into the walls.'

'The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay.'

'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

'The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed.'
