'I stayed here for the second time. Very large and clean room. Bed large and good. Separate bathroom also large and clean. No noise. Only the pillows quite hard to my taste. Breakfast satisfactory. Nice staff who respect your privacy. '

'Reception insisted on making a copy of my passport for no clear reason, the needed information was already given through Expedia itself and could have been entered into the computer manually without making a copy. Making copies of Dutch passports is illegal under Dutch law and is completely unnecessary. The receptionist reacted very annoyed when I asked her not to make or use a copy even though it meant zero extra effort or time for her. The hotel room itself and the breakfast room staff were...

'Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. '
