I would like to mention everyone, but unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Every employee provides outstanding service, and that truly makes a difference! Juan from the reception team was one of them. The hotel’s location and cleanliness were also very good.'

'Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish).'

'I love smaller hotels like this. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice, bed is super. Bar on the top floor is a plus. Free bottle of wine is a nice touch from a wine hotel. I was in and out of this hotel three times during our Chile trip as base in Santiago. Would stay again in a heartbeat. '
