'Uiterst aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Jammer genoeg wordt er voor het hotel al 2 jaar aan de weg gewerkt waardoor verkeersopstoppingen n vervelende bijkomstigheid zijn. Daarnaast wordt er in het hotel aan u facelift gewerkt dus nogal wat overlast van lawaai. Dit werd echter door Sarah van front office op een geweldige manier opgevangen en gecompenseerd. Chapeau hiervoor!'

'Heel goed hotel, vriendelijke check-inn waarbij we vroeg de ruime hotelkamer in konden. Ontbijt was perfect met veel keuze en goede koffie. Koffie en water was de hele dag door gratis beschikbaar.'

'Helpful staff, they stored our luggage after checkout until we went to the airport and arranged our ride there. Room clean and comfortable, the real gem of the place is its hidden garden and patios complete with a swimming pool. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.'

'For those who prefer a small hotel, this is the ideal place. Our room was perfect, had a balcony witha very nice view on the snow covered Andes. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great.'

'Excellent hotel, Junior Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location in Vitacura- very safe neighbourhood. A really really good breakfast (better than good - excellent), attentive staff and extensive selection of breakfast foods. The public spaces and bars are quirky (in a nice way) and they mix abosolutely awesome cocktails! The only downside is the Club Lounge - a little lacking in both amenities and service - if you're staying in a room with access to the club lounge do not have...

'Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish).'
