« Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us.
We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. »

« Had to change rooms as stairs were very steep really struggled with them so me am my friend asked to be moved to a downstairs twin room none available but had a double available for which they wanted ÂŁ90 on Top of the ÂŁ65 we had already paid obviously we declined an went back to room I nearly fell downstairs as Iâm disabled an use a stick my friend isnât much better so we rang reception to ask if they could come up with a better price for double room and relented an charged us 45 but still think...
