Hôtel près de Parc d’activités extérieures Go Ape Thetford (Brandon)

« The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while. The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee. The shower was lovely and hot. I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough. Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere. I was solo travelling and the staff were more than happy to chat while I enjoyed my drink at the bar. I didn't have the breakfast as...

« friendly welcome and helpful beautiful house »

« Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel. »

« Schöne restaurierte Türen mit alten Schlössern. Echt schick! »

« La chambre est spacieuse et la literie est un peu dure. Le personnel est sympa, nous avons été bien accueilli. »

« Very clean room »

« Séjour positif , hotel historique bien placé et très bien décoré style Anglais »

In the end I had to call the hotel to find out how to check out and was told to just leave the key in the room and go. This wasn't really an issue for us, but it would have been better to be told of...

« Upgraded to the Studio. Good communication, lovely accommodation with well appointed clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly, welcome from the owner. »

« We had a lovely stay for one night at Grange Farm. The owners were extremely welcoming and we enjoyed our conversations. Room was big and comfortable. We were offered supper by our hosts which was delicious, with a super breakfast cooked for us in the morning. Lovely, safe location. »

There is a written notice in a paper asking that in case of an emergency the visitor call two different numbers. None of them replied or returned the call. 2. After having tried to get someone at least on the phone, we decided to go out and look for another hotel. In front of the...
