« Lovely cottage, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The information packs provided were very comprehensive and helpful. The front and back garden was beautifully kept, adding to the charm of the property. Inside, the single bedrooms were bright, spotlessly clean, and the beds very comfortable. « We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. « It was very obvious from the start that the house was newly renovated. Almost everything still had the tags on it. Absolutely nothing was plugged in, turned on or tested before I got there. There were no amenities, such as soap, dish cloths, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet brushes, or even bins in the bathrooms. Calme assuré, à l'écart des grandes routes. Très bonne situation pour visiter le Norfolk, le Suffolk et le Cambridgeshire sans faire trop de km. « Just the three of us came in from America for a wedding in Ely. The home is just gorgeous inside with beautiful, rich and cozy palette. The art is intriguing. It is just so tastfully done. « Fantastix stay. Huw was very friendly and communicative both before and during our stay. The property has everything we needed, nice comfy beds, good kitchen area (including more utensils and other equipment than normal in rentals) and confortable sitting area. Parking is really easy, location is really quiet but close to the main road and town. »

« We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! »

« Wonderful barn in a beautiful location. Just what we needed to celebrate my wife’s 49th Birthday! Spacious lounge and lovely bedrooms. Surrounding grounds are lovely and would recommend a walk at the local nature reserve. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing getaway. »

« heck in was fine we were allowed in early as we had two babies, information given at check in very precise and detailed. Property very clean garden lovely. Kitchen facilities were good cooker hob took a little getting use to but cooked well and we had several large dinners and also barbecue was good we cant fault anything The only disappointment we had was we left 2 very large china dishes and one le creuset dish behind »

« Check in was very easy.. The house was amazing, plenty of space and the pool was so nice. Our grandchildren had so much fun in there. The games room was excellent and kept us entertained most of Sunday afternoon. The beds were very comfy, with beautiful bathrooms. The view from the top of the Windmill was breathtaking, especially watching the sunset. The local pub was really nice and the food was sooooo good Thank you to the hosts for letting us share your home. »

"The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"

"Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est magique et mérite mieux. "
