'The room is ran down and not very clean. missing tiles broken slider door broken closet. No rack for Hanging wet clothing.'

'This funky, family-friendly complex was a change of pace from my wife’s and my usual condo/hotel stays. Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant and nightly music, plus beachfront, were awesome. Amenities were sadly mostly overrun by teenagers and younger kids, and only available very early and hit-and-miss late. Parking/valet is congested and sometimes nightmarish, if “free.” That said, we enjoyed plenty of beach time, breezy balcony relaxation, and a few moments in the great hot tub, unfortunately...

'We had the absolute best stay at the Koa Kea. We loved how the resort is on the smaller side, and you can easily walk out of your room and to the pool, beach, or to some nearby businesses (little fish, puka dog, surf shop..). The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. I also loved being greeted with real leis, chocolate for our honeymoon, and wine in the room when we arrived! The pool bar had some yummy food, and good drinks. The sunrise yoga was fantastic as well. We stayed here...

'Great condos, pool is huge and fun for the kids. The resort does not have a direct beach access (need to walk to the Sheraton- 5mins). The on-site restaurant is ok for breakfast and lunch. Overall nice place.'

'There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff'

'Staff was great. Our AC was not working on a hot July!! They did come and replace it the next day. Responsive. Our ceiling leaked when someone showered. They came to check right away but needs more research to resolve.'
