Upon arrival, we did not receive the advertised shell lei greeting and had to request it after seeing other guests receive one. 'My family enjoyed the our three night stay. We have two kids ages 11 and 9. Staff were wonderful. We took advantage of all the activities including morning yoga, bike rentals, Tesla rental on-site, lei-making, tot bag decorating and key chain making. We ate at all their restaurants and the food was excellent. The hotel was great for our needs and close to shops. The only info I wish I knew in advance was the location can get very very windy.
