'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). 'This property was lovely. The room was little older than I thought it would be, but nice. The Hanalei Bay was wonderful, everyone was very kind and accommodating there and location can not be beat! Had a few issues and called the prop company and the lady tried her best to help me. Only one caveat was the extra price you pay for fees (resort fee, check in fee etc) at Hanelai Bay Resort. They did disclose this, but at first I thought the property was cheaper than it actually was. Plan on it...

'The view was beautiful and the room had every amenity we needed! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too! The kitchenette was great and the host even left the nice little box of goodies for us. Hanalei Bay Resort is amazing and we definitely look forward to returning!'

'This a a fabulous studio in a great North Shore location! Kimberlee provides all the amenities you need and more, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment! The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The A/C and fans work really well, and the lanai (patio) is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!'

(boggie bord, chaises, parasol, glacière) En octobre 2026, le seul petit inconvénient ce sont les restes de débris sur la plage à côté du complexe (ouragan). La vue sur la mer et la terrasse invitent à la détente, wow!!!'
