'Our host Cam was great. He had all the detailed info ready for us when we arrived. I liked that our room was close to our car. The room had a comfortable bed, a walk in closet, and a nice updated bathroom. The lanai was nice every day along with a kitchen that has everything. This is a big house with different units with private entrances. The location is superb. Walking distance or a quick drive to anything..beaches.. pool…restaurants..coffee shops..longs drugs..food trucks..I will stay...

'I LOVED this beautifully restored historic cottage and wish I could’ve stayed longer! It’s in short walking distance (2 blocks) to the beach where the sunset is amazing and the water is crystal clear over black sand. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The bed was soft and luxurious. I will be bringing my family here next time I come because there’s plenty of room for my two grown kids and their friends. 'We had a wonderful experience. A little piece of heaven on earth. The property is in the middle of the jungle I expected to see monkeys in the trees. But no monkeys in Kauai. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the bay is breathtaking! We can’t wait to come back.'

'Mike and Leila were the most wonderful hosts, doing everything to ensure a fantastic stay for my family. Kauai has a ton of roaming roosters that make sleeping tough, but Mike even captured and relocated the most enthusiastic of them. The location is perfect. The outdoor shower is wonderful and bikes and equipment, although a bit beat up by the elements, are an appreciated addition.'

'Did not use either airconditioning or laundry other than putting sheets in at stay's end as requested. Did use dishwasher which worked well. My adult son is in treatment for cancer and cleanliness is paramount. Some pots were dirty, which I cleaned. We did not use outside furniture as it was dirty and a couple of chairs were broken. No beach items used.This was not a problem for us, as cancer patients receiving treatments should not be in the sun. We loved the openness of the living area,...
