« My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇 »

« A very cute little property. There are several units. Ours was about the size of a hotel room with a micro wave and fridge. Great location close to restaurants and swimming. If we stay here again we will bring something to soften the mattress. »

« Extremely clean, nicely decorated beautiful room. The bed was too soft for us, but got enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning. Would definitely stay again for 1 night but likely wouldn't more than that due to soft bed. This place is on Hwy 35 but is in a quiet area and is very close to fair ground and artist community shopping. Dog Station is appreciated so that you arent keeping waste bags in the room. Office was locked with no doorbell, but if you call, very quick and pleasant...

« This vacation property is way underpriced for what it offers. The little house is spotless and well-appointed. It had everything we needed. But the back yard is what will bring us back. Pool, hot tub, comfortable lounges, and exotic landscaping, including some of Rockport’s famous huge gnarly live oaks. And our fur baby was welcomed without extra cost (!) We spent a PERFECT week here! Highly recommend. »

« The amenities were great! Plenty of towels and linens, sample size cleaning products for the kitchen and sample size hygiene pruducts. I loved that the parking spots were designated and fenced off from the common road. The semi-private hang out area outside was nice and roomy. A fun favourite part was being able to open the refrigerator without having to get out of bed, lol! »

« Self check-in was super easy! The yard was so gorgeous. Loved watching the bugs, bees and birds flutter around. This serene cottage was exactly what we needed for this weekend getaway. I was very impressed with the cleanliness (I am a professional cleaner so I have a trained eye and tend to be particular. I admit it.) Ruth was welcoming and loved on our puppies when we arrived. We felt safe and cozy the entire trip! This house radiates love and peaceful energy. Thank you so much!! »

« Cottage 5 is a beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage. I will be recommending this cottage to everyone I know. I already showed it off to my niece, her mother in law and two friends of my niece. The grounds are well taken care of and we enjoyed the angel wings on the wall and the little carriage in the back parking lot. »
