'We stayed one night at la bastane and we loved it. It is a beautiful housing with modern rooms and a cosy decorating. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home instantly. We arrived early, but could enjoy a wine tasting. The wines are delicious, so before leaving we bought some for home. We enjoyed a dinner in the garden with an amazing view and sunset. I loved every moment during our stay. The breakfast was also good'

Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. It showed difference between a hotel and Maison d'hote with the personal welcome.'
