'I had much higher expectations for this hotel. I had seen mixed reviews but decided to stay optimistic. The hotel itself seems quite modern and had nice decor but I was very disappointed with our room. The room was very humid, the carpet was wet and the room had a chemical cleaner smell. It was obvious that there had recently been a mess on the carpet and instead of closing the room and having it be properly cleaned they had put us in this room. When I called to book this hotel I was asked about the pool party & was told that only hotel guest would be allowed to attend the pool party (no outside guest). That was not true they were letting non hotel guest in for 30.00 a person. This was very disappointing due to my family not being able to enjoy the pool due to sooooo many people….'

'Free shuttle was running quickly to/from the airport. Could have used more than every hour for the early morning flights, we wound up taking an Uber. However, the room was spotless and the restaurant had very high quality food, which was a very welcome amenity after a long day of travel.'

'This hotel was perfect for me and my husband we were in Dallas for a weekend and we were concerned about being closed to the airport but it was perfect. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and super spacious, parking was readily available. 10/10 would recommend'

'The rooms were clean and spacious. The stay was great, but the breakfast was ok. The posted description stated buffet style breakfast which is incorrect, it's basically a breakfast sandwich or choice of cereal or a waffle. There wasn't much of a selection which we found restaurants nearby for other options. The room had a sign stating they had cooktop available upon request since the room had a kitchenette but that was also incorrect. Overall, the stay was great.'
