'Great Room and Staff'

'I had a great stay at the Aloft Downtown Dallas. The location is convenient, and the parking was easy to access, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only minor hiccup was the elevator, which had a few issues during my stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Other than that, everything was enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again.'

' I really loved the staff here, they were all really sweet and had amazing personalities. The room was really nice as well, I did notice some things but I believe they were natural mishaps and shouldnt be taken into account of the hotel itself. I celebrated my boyfriend's 22nd birthday in the Loft Suite, and it was just such a nice room with two bathrooms with showers. We called ahead and they said the room could hold 6 people so we also had some friends over and overall had a really nice day...

'The room was immaculate! Fresh /clean and felt like home. The staff throughout the property (especially Joey our Bellman and our waitress at lunch (sorry I forgot her name! 1/7/26) were so welcoming and went above and beyond!'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'We like the spacious room and the downtown location. There are good off-site parking options too. Breakfast quality is good, but some more pastry choices would be better.'

'The hotel and staff, especially Jheri, were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time staying in a boutique hotel and I must say, I don't believe I'll ever go back to the "mainstream" hotels. The atmosphere as well as the decorations were brilliant, right up my alley. And, they have free happy hour, which is quite the surprise. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend The Madison. '
