'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'This was my second time staying at this property and I would highly recommend it! This hotel has a very well thought-out bathroom for women especially. There are multiple mirrors including a lighted vanity area to make getting ready with my husband a breeze....no more fighting over the sink area. I also slept like a dream, the bed is very comfortable and the blackout shades will have you sleeping until noon if you aren't careful! My only "complaint" would be that the lobby and elevator areas...

'Once I arrived I was supposed to get a complimentary wine that was offered for my birthday at check in, had to call down twice to see where the wine was. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. A chicken sandwich is $21, no sides or drink. A small snicker bar was $8. You’re better off getting your own food and snacks from outside of the hotel. Also, dealt with a very rude employee that hung up in my face and when I explained the situation to a manager named Ava, she didn’t show much concern....

'I was enjoying a solo staycation. The vintage layout of my room was superb. The staff ensured I had everything I needed while.enjoying my time. I visited both Chef's Palette, the property's restaurant, and the Rooftop Lounge, pool and bar, one word immaculate. The restaurant's layout was artistic and the food was great. The Rooftop Lounge, has the best scenic views as I enjoyed looking at the Dallas Skyline. The pool was great and clean. There was plenty of lounge area for guests to enjoy the...

'Eric at the front desk set us up with a fabulous room for our 38th anniversary, and a bottle of champagne. They provided transportation to restaurants and many other amenities. The staff was very courteous and professional. The 7th floor pool area was awesome, with a bar and very attentive servers. We really enjoyed ourselves, they made us feel like royalty.'
