This property leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering there are better quality hotels that cost less. For example, no business center, no microwave anywhere in the building. So if you order room service and need it heated up again, it isn’t possible. The bed was not comfortable at all. We stayed one week on a leisure trip and vowed never to return. We left with aches and pains that did not exist before we slept here. Also, I called for a replacement iron because the iron on the room leaked water and left some type of black smut on my shirt. I waited literally an hour and nobody brought a replacement iron. I ended up taking the iron to the front desk and leaving it with the receptionist and telling him I would pick up another iron whe I returned later that evening. When I returned that night, the night receptionist said they had not left a replacement iron for me. However, he got me one. Our stay here was mediocre at best. The hotel’s art is nice.
I also notice hotels now say self-parking available. However, when you arrive, parking is $20 per night. No big deal, but be concise and not ambiguous. I also considered the $450 incidental cost excessive, but again, just my personal perspective.
