'Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with good variety. Wish they had a waffle maker instead of the pancake machine (but thats my weird problem). Best part of the stay was the 24 hr coffee station in the lobby. The coffee was way better than other hotel coffee and always fresh thanks to the single cup machines. Will definitely stay here when I'm in the DFW area again.'

'The staff was very rude when their check in process went down. They ran out of coffee in the morning during breakfast and we went to the front desk and they told us it’s not their problem and told us to find the staff in the pantry and let them know. We had to ask for a pack and play when we got to our room even though we had requested it before our arrival and they stated they put it in the room notes. The hotel was average at best and not worth the money. It seemed like the staff did not want...

'Like the modern appeal. Enjoyed the bathroom being close to the bed as opposed to it being at the door when you 1st walk. Made it easy to not go far at night. Didn't like , no microwave in the room, wanted to warm up leftovers from the restaurant. And no complementry breakfast like most hotels have as a bonus for staying.'
