'Fantastic other than the same elevator that was broke when I stayed here a month ago was still broke. The flavored water/juice in the lobby each morning is a really ice touch.'

'The room had not been cleaned in a while as there was a dead cockroach in the shower that had obviously been there a long time as it was dried up.'

'Hotel was perfect in every respect but one. We checked in at 3PM per the guidelines. Our room was not ready - although there were clearly rooms that WERE ready. The front desk girl was in no hurry to get us a room. After waiting in the lobby one hour I insisted and viola - she found a room!'

'Great stay. Only criticisms are that I got clean towels & asked they not service our room the second day as scheduled. I put my dirty towels outside door as directed the next morning which were picked up immediately. The room was serviced anyway later in the day while we were gone. I would also suggest the cleaning staff not take the parking places right outside the side door. In the future, I will also request not having a room near a door going outside because of the noise of people going in...

'We purchased this specific hotel because the description indicated that it came with continental breakfast. We were told in the morning that It was extra. Also, it was a very noisy floor that we were on. We got woken up more than once after the 230 am hour.'

'Even though we were there for only a short while, the staff was great, especially setting up our shuttle to the airport.'
