'⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our experience at Spark by Hilton Grapevine DFW North was disappointing from start to finish. The hotel looked much nicer in the online photos than it did in person. It was a bit dingy throughout. Our first room had a bathroom door that was off its hinges, making it impossible to close, and when we tried to shower around 10 p.m., there was no hot water. 'Beautiful and quiet property tucked away in the busy city! Me and my husband adored it as a place to escape reality (work and kids) and just enjoy the luxury life at a reasonable cost. The drinks at the bar were amazing and breakfast (Monte Christo) was incredible! We’d recommend it to everyone for sure! Do it!! ❤️'

'It didn't look the same as the pictures , but the staff was wonderful but the hotel it self is not that good. It was a knock off bed . The cover was very thin , felt like a sheet. Towels were thin as whistle and also seen a roach crawling on wall.'

'If you need to overnight at DFW, the ease and convenience of the Grand Hyatt is worth it. It’s accessible through Terminal D. The rooms have been recently renovated and they’re quite nice. We didn’t get breakfast due to early flights but the in-room illy coffee was appreciated.'
