'The pool was lacking in maintenance, it was dirty. Too cool to swim but it was the first thing I noticed walking into the hotel. The smell of the cleaners was overwhelming. In the room you had to put a key card in a slot just to have electricity. Even after the card was placed in the slot some of the plugs in the room just didnt work. After dinner and later in the evening found out that the fridge and microwave in the room did not work. I called down to let them know. The guy at the desk asked...

We were attending a huge concert no phone service so couldn’t call for rides my one phone call I got out was to the Marriott and a young man on staff picked up on a golf cart! They also allowed some of the ppl who couldn’t get a ride hang out on property to be safe. It was great and deeply appreciated they went the extra mile big time!'
