Venice who is working the desk was awesomeawesome and she tried to do everything she could but breakfast was just OK and there was never hot water in the hot water thing in the lobby. It was always not there or lukewarm. I understood why there was no ice because there were so many swimmers at the hotel we are staying at, but things were messy and it seemed like a lot of people were given king rooms when they should’ve had queen rooms, and they overbooked that happened to a family member of us and it happened to the people in front of us when we checked in. Also, the rooms are small but clean. As a Hilton Honors member, I kind of hesitate to stay a Tru again. Again, Venice was awesome and so is the rest of the kitchen stuff for breakfast.
