« Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :) »

« Property is very nice and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms had a lot of space, the beds were very comfortable, and the furnishings were very retro, but stately (I love retro style!). Lots of sunshine from the windows. Kitchen is small, but adequate. The front porch was very nice and relaxing - I wish I could’ve enjoyed it longer. I really have no complaints except that I didn’t book a longer stay! I would love to come back to it and stay longer! »

« An inviting clean and lovely property. Perfect for a single person, couple, or in my case traveling with a grown son where we each had our own bed to sleep on. All the comforts of home with beautiful sunsets every night (weather permitting). The host very responsive to any inquiry. We rented off season so very quiet and the year rounders very friendly. Would rent again for sure! »

« Séjour très agréable, le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien en cuisine pour les français qui aiment faire la cuisine. Un peu éloigné des magasins pour se ravitailler (supermarché à Lake Placid). La propriétaire met à notre disposition des documents sur la région, les randonnées, ce qui est très appréciable. En résumé très bon séjour. »

« My family and some friends stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding down the street at Juniper Springs Barn. The cabin was in great condition and exactly as listed. There were lots of bedrooms for all the adults and kids and two large family rooms for relaxing space for everyone. Each night we enjoyed cocktails in the enclosed porch while the kids fell asleep. We were worried that the house would be hot in the summer but the owners provided many AC units and fans which kept the home...

« Best way to describe this cozy little place. We've stayed before & will book, again, next time we travel to Clayton. In fact, we won't travel to Clayton unless we can stay here. It's completely charming, close to the Boat Museum, an easy walk to the central shopping/eating area, and a long stone's throw to The River. Communication with the landlady is easy & thorough. Parking is a breeze. All photos posted are accurate & true. It's a charmer! »

« This adorable cottage had a beautiful aesthetic and thoughtful details that we really appreciated such as large coffee mugs for people who really enjoy coffee; a yoga mat; a nice fireplace space heater which made lounging on the sofa nice and cozy and soft linens on the bed. »

« Rented this house for its proximity to the Adirondack mountains and hiking trails and we were not dispointed! Also did a bit of fly fishing! The house provided all the comfort we needed and the owners were great to help us with tons of information! Overall a great family vacation. »

« Everything about the cottage and dock were as described. The views were great, quiet, relaxing. The wineries were very good, and the fishing off of the dock was great, we caught perch, catfish, large and small mouth bass. Location was perfect right between downtown Clayton and Alex bay. Susan and Ben responded quickly if we had a question. I would recommend this cottage. »

« Tout était vraiment parfait, très propre,tout est neuf! Bon lit et literie! Vaiselle, chaudron,tout ,café fourni, produits de douche etc. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Tout tel que les photos. Nous avions unité 2, très satisfaite. Situé à 5 min en auto du village de LakePlacid.(ou le parking est permis partout moyennant un petit $1.50 à $3 sur parcomètres (gratuit après 18h) Vraiment pas cher pour stationner Il y a un liquor store l'autre côté de la rue et une épicerie aussi. « Large apartment with lots of space. Would be nice to have more hooks, mirrors and furniture and drawers in one of the bedrooms that was completely not functional. Very clean »
