'Conveniently located off of I-87, but between two busy rural routes. The reasonable price per night and photos on line made the place attractive. However, the motel is somewhat rundown outside. Grass could be cut, and the old pool out front, which was not usedable with a sign "pool closed", had weeds growing out of it. Our room stunk of mold/mildew and the carpet was somehat stained. First room was filthy, unmade beds, greasy crap on an unclean floor and it smelled. 2nd room I was offered after explaining the plight of the first REEKED of sewage smell. Went back and explained that, and the managers response was, "well, you're gonna have a sewage smell". 'Don't bother picking whether you want a non-smoking room or not, they'll just give you whatever room they have open at the time and tell you to deal with it and they will switch you another room when it's open.
