'The grass was high, nothing was trimmed or mowed. It looked like an empty motel. The bathroom shower was dirty and had a drain that wouldn’t close. It was clearly broken. There is dust and grime on almost everything. The breakfast was pretty good. Hard to mess up a buffet of waffles and cereal and bagels. So, at least it still has one thing going for it. The pool was also a dirty area. The indoor area smelled strongly of chemicals and I didn’t let my daughter swim in it. This hotel needs a...

'The room reaked of cigarette smoke, it was sketchy, dirty and the chair that was in the room looked like something out of a crack house. There was an old couch in the corridor. We didn't stay and are waiting for a full refund'

'Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location.'

'The property was clean and comfortable. The property could use some updating though as our bathroom and tub/shower had rust and the metal shower rack was worn and rusty. The toilet in one of the bathrooms in our suite ran constantly despite us trying to fix it. There was no carpeting but the floors were clean and looked like LVP. The rooms were spacious and the bed was quite comfortable.'

'Love our stay every time'

'They failed to have my reservation for two queen beds and accessibly. They eventually supplied a king bed with a sofa bed and accessible. My son is handicap and had to sleep on the sofa bed. King room was the same price as the queen room. There is no access to the interstate when you leave. We had to back track five (5) miles to get access. Will never stay here again. This hotel is also attached to a casino which caused more problems.'

'Staff was nice. The room was very dirty and still had hair in the shower and trash and leaves from previous stay. Sheets had stains'

'Room & bathroom dirty. Towels were stained. The blanket on bed had holes in it. The breakfast consisted of little Debbie & hostess treats, no bread or fruit, sour milk and sunny d orange drink. I don't think it was worth the price, probably worth $30.'

'Our room felt like it wasn’t cleaned. There was dust on the bed frames, greasy finger prints all over the AC, and the check in experience was very long. The breakfast area was so crowded and under stocked that we had to get breakfast elsewhere.'

'I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best'

'Rooms were clean. Staff at the desk were helpful and attentive! Parking was a breeze especially during the World Cup. Included breakfast was wonderful for a quick bite to get started for the day. Great value and overall wonderful stay!'
