« I did not read reviews before I booked our stay and I probably should have. Our room was clean enough for the one night we were staying but the hotel seems to be in overall disrepair. The small things begin to add up. While the room was clean, the remote control for the TV would not work. The batteries were held in place with a rubber band. « Expedia said we could pay at the property, but upon arrival we were told we were already charged, and could not use someone else’s card (who was staying as well and wanted to pay) than who booked the room. In addition it was a Friday and we were staying 2 nights, and we couldn’t talk to the manager until Monday! Finally they were able to put the room on a different card, but it has not been taken off the first card. »
