'Reasonable.'

'Do not stay at this property. The accommodations were filthy. The sheets were heavily stained. The top of the bedding had several cigarette stains. Most of the rooms had their trash bags sitting outside their rooms. Several people were outside smoking marijuana. After being in my room for less than 10 minutes I went back to the front desk and checked out. I returned the room keys so I could get my $50 deposit returned to me. I explained to the front desk staff about the room and not feeling...

'My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am...

'Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast'

'100% nicer than the Hampton down the street'

'This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.'

'Staff was great and accomodating, great location and parking is free, huge plus :)'

'We were on a house hunting trip so stayed 8 days. The property is in disrepair. We were not there except to sleep so ok to put up with. We never heard a vacuum and hallways were filthy. Room was ok drares on dresser would not stay closed and bedding was torn. Property was ok for the cost but really needs serious maintenance and more attention to thorough cleaning. Breakfast was ok although no variety. Same rubber eggs and inedible sausage every day. Yogurt, cold cereal and breads were the...

'Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.'

'I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.'

'It was under construction so you kinda have to give them a break. It looked like it was well on its way to looking normal and being fully functional. TV didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t close. They’ll get those fixed'

'Ptac unit would not cool room. Filters where very dirty. Ice machine was not maintenance and dirty.'

'De kamer was netjes, de badkamer mocht iets schoner.'
