« Clean room, breakfast was good, »

« The property was easy to locate. It was clean and the staff were nice and helpful at check-in. The one thing that was problematic was every time we flush the toilet in our room. It made a very loud sound for 30 seconds. Loud enough to be heard outside the room. I called the front desk about it and they said they didn’t have anybody to fix it until the next day. I would think that the cleaning staff would’ve noticed that that was a problem and it would already be task to be fixed, but it was...

« This hotel has gone down hill. Moldy smelling rooms. Holes in the carpet and curtains. Room doors that wouldn’t close all the way. »

« The front desk staff was friendly and on top of any problem you have. The room wasn't clean, before I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel, it was damp and had pubic hair on it. Used tissues wedged between the bed and the nightstand, bedding was dirty and had hair that wasn't mine in it. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been washed in a while, pink stuff on ceiling. Housekeeping shouted at you in the hall while leaving the room to see if your checking out. Walls in the room were damaged. »

« Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot. The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city »

« No remote for t v. Desk clerk attempted a random remote and it didn't work. No response from front desk.Had to go down to it. Room phone not working (safety issue) Desk couldn't fix . Not a good stay. Night clerk was a "No show".Day clerk worked a double. We won't book there again. Very disappointing. Management needs to check this property. »

« What i liked best was the hotel appears to be all one level. 1st floor rooms mean nobody running or stomping while you try to sleep. »

« NO ELEVATOR! I was on the 4th floor with several pieces of luggage. The elevator has been broken since February. Not ok »
