'Majia was absolutely delightful! She helped us with our reservation since we arrived a little before check-in, and she resolved our issue and more! Regarding the hotel, it DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTRANCE TO THE WATER PARK. I chose this hotel because of its water park for my baby, but when we went to enter, we found out we had to pay $50 per person… The room cleaning was just okay. The amenities were excellent. 'Water park was amazing and an excellent time for our kids on our “down days”. Even as adults we had fun on the big water slides, the massive pool, and playing in the splash pad with our kids. The house was magnificent and way bigger than expected. So nice to have your own private pool in the backyard. The shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice bonus.
