Located in Crestwynd Bay, a peaceful gated community near shopping, Disney, and restaurants. The home features 1 KING bed and attached bath, 1 QUEEN bedroom with bath, 1 kids' bedroom with 2 twins, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. It sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 with the sofa. It has in-home laundry (washer and dryer) and is close to the pool. Cable and flat-screen TVs included. WIFI and high-speed internet (normally $10) are free for promotional offers. The kitchen has standard appliances: microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Initial coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided; more can be bought at nearby stores. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm you understand HOA and city rules. Local laws require tracking all visitors.

Was nice and clean. Served our purpose perfectly. We stayed three and a half months and we were close to everything! Pool was warm enough to swim and sunbathe by mid February. Pool area was wonderful and very clean.

Wonderful stay at Lake Buena Vista

I chose this property because it is conveniently located close to the Disney parks. It is a spacious townhouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Had troubles with code for door when we arrived. I had to call customer service sot they can fixed the problem. Wi-Fi poor signal, my husband wasn't able to connect hia computer to do some work. House needs a deep clean. It looks like the house wasn't in a long time. they cleaned long tome ago.

We did a very last minute booking with this property and was pleased. It’s a great location, close to all Disney properties. The condo was very clean. It’s very basic. I’ve stayed at many places and this one was the most basic. The towels were very small and like the cheap motel towels. We went and bought some at Walmart. There wasn’t any spices, like salt and pepper. Only one dishwasher tab. For a weeks stay it was necessary to go and get all that stuff. But that’s ok. It was clean and just what we needed.

Birthday Weekend in Orlando

This vacation villa served its purpose as a home base to enjoy my birthday weekend in Orlando. The pool was just a short walk away and it was heated. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves at the pool! I would suggest improving the quality of towels, as the towels were small and rough. Hair was in the bed of the master bed and bathroom. The TVs didn’t work, which was okay since we played games and went to Seaworld. If my stay was longer than two nights, this would’ve been o more important. Thank you for sharing your space with us :)

I visited with my husband, children ages 3 and 4, and my sister for Thanksgiving. The property was clean, inviting and served its purpose. However, the beds are awful. The twin beds downstairs are fine. Basic pot set, utensils, coffee pot, etc but we didn't do a lot of cooking. There was tissue in every bathroom that lasted for our 4 night stay. Plenty of towels for us. The location was convenient to the Disney parks and Icon park. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again if available on my travel dates.

The condo was as advertised...short drive to all Disney properties. Great value for the money and this is coming from a family that has spent the last 20 or so trips on Disney property! We were able to use the extra funds that we would have spent at a Disney resort on two character dining experiences. Definitely will be staying here again!
