Cottages in Reef Bay Quarter

'Family of 2adults/2 teens. From the start, rent a car. The speed limit in most of the areas we visited was no more than 30MPH. It was easy to learn how to drive on the left. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service and taxis are very expensive. Free onsite parking. Once there, nothing is walkable. You’ll spend about $9/person each way to get to the charlotte Amalie area. I was hesitant to book because many reviews said the staff were rude. This is completely untrue! We got there early and...

'Great view! Loved that Salt Shack was right down the stairs. Live music. Staff were great and accommodating. There were some bugs but that’s to be expected I guess. Other than that, we had a great stay and would stay again.'

'The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close...

'The room can use some updating but the views were awesome. Also, it was not the best when we lost power every day at least 2-3 times at random. I would stay here again because it is close to everything of course by taxi.'

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'If you want a no frills stay in St. Thomas, then Windward Passage is the place to stay. It's basic and bare bone amenities does not include a microwave in the room. The room is clean but need to be updated. The restaurant was not available during our stay. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is accessible to the main street shopping, a small grocery store, banks and waterfront. It was easy and quick to get to the airport. The staff was friendly.'
