'Jennifer & Yadel were extremely informative and made the checkin process so easy and relaxing. In comparison to the chaotic check in at all inclusives, this was a seamless and enjoyable experience. 'El personal muy atento, amable y siempre a disposición.
Sin embargo, la propiedad si tenia detalles que deben ser arreglados para que sea adecuado su uso. Igualmente, había pocos utensilios de cocina, sobretodo cubiertos (e.g. solo una cuchara sopera) y las cafeteras estaban muy sucias.
