'The cabana (loft) was better than expected. Everything was clean and it was well decorated. Also the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the upstairs space pretty spacious. WiFi worked well. They even prepare the fire for you so you only have to light it. The hot tub is only available in the evening and has a surcharge (20.000 when we were there) '

'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Perfect location: a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the lake.
