« We just had the most amazing stay at Colleen and Nora's place in Puerto Morelos! The house had everything we needed for our family of five, including the best weather! How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). We were delayed by two hours, but Nora graciously waited for us to arrive to give us an introductory house tour. « The house is big and beautiful. Everything you want to have when you spend time in Puerto Morelos. It takes about 25 minutes to walk downtown by the Beach. Its calm and the pool is fantastic and the concierge Felix is the best kept secret in town!!! Just know that there is no air conditioning in the house. One of the room has it anytime, the other rooms have it from 8pm to 8am. No A/C anywhere else in the house but the breeze coming in is sooooo good! »

« One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...

« Seaweed and not being able to flush toilet paper were a real drag. That would have been nice to know before. The property is lovely but the seaweed smell was awful we had to leave early and go somewhere else. The home is beautiful and quiet and close to everything. The beds are awfully hard. Would appreciate a heads up on the seaweed and bathroom issues, may have changed our plans »

« This spacious house was perfect for our extended family. We swam in the ocean, cooked together and lounged around. Driving into town was just far enough to make it an adventure, but not so far that it kept us from enjoying Puerto Morelos, which was charming. All around a good time! »
