'We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.'

'I rented the Sully’s Place cabin for my husbands 40th birthday, and every detail of our stay was absolutely perfect. I arranged for it to be decorated upon arrival, and I we walked in to George Strait playing on the jukebox, champagne on ice, cake and balloons! My husband was beyond excited and it made his whole weekend. The cabin and amenities were wonderful, I can’t say enough good things about our stay …we will definitely be back again!'

'Loved staying here! Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was immaculate and delicious. Bed was comfy too and the free crazy water was a huge perk! Only thing to be aware of is that the property is an older building so it does show. Staff and food make up for it in my book though!'

'Loved the quiet and peaceful location. It was about 25 minutes from Kyle Field. The room was nice and cozy with a comfortable bed. There was a pullout cot that was perfect for our teenager. Keith was a great host. We appreciate the wonderful breakfast!'

'This was the worst place i could have ever stayed. We paid for 4 nights and only stayed 1 night. Dirty, broken furniture. We were not aware it would be shared property. The people we shared with smoked Marijuana. They kept turning up the heat when it was very hot out. We complained to management and got no response. It smelled, it was dirty and dusty. 'Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. '
