'The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.'

'My boyfriend and I needed a room for a 1 night stay in old San Juan. Navona studios is in a super convenient location and a great price for a simple room. Check-in was easy even though there was no front desk. They sent over very detailed instructions so the process went smoothly. The room itself is small but clean and has all you need. I also appreciated the level of security to get to our room. There were a couple locked doors before even getting to our room. The Navona jewelry store next...

'The AC was good but it would get cold at night and there wasn’t a remote for it. It’s a little loud if you don’t like noise then this is not the place for you. There’s a store (colmado) downstairs and they put music on everyday. Staff and the people there were nice '

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'Nice, super basic, clean little room for one night. Secure with locked doors just to get into the complex. No view at all from the room, but the ocean was just steps away from the property. Plenty of eating options within a very short walking distance.'

'Arrived and the first thing we appreciated was the beautiful ocean view and access right from the property. To us that surpassed any minor inconveniences around no staff onsite, or some rustic areas not perfectly maintained on the outside of the property. The terrace on top was rarely used but we took advantage of it regularly. Beautiful place to relax and watch the waves while enjoying a glass of wine. Kitchen was fully equipped. Would have been nice to have a few more seasonings other...

'It was a simple place which is fine for the night we stayed. It is loud at night because all the clubs are right there but that was stated so it was no big deal. Great location. '
