This first-tier, Gulf-facing property offers direct beach access—only 70 steps from the front door—making it easy to spend your days on the sand and in the water. The home is situated entirely on one level once upstairs, creating a comfortable and convenient layout for guests.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, updated interior with an open-concept living space designed for relaxing and spending time together. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase beautiful Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick snacks to full meals, and the dining area flows easily into the living space for casual gatherings.



One of the highlights of the home is the large screened-in porch that runs the length of the house. It’s an ideal place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or take in the sights and sounds of the shoreline. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading back inside.
