« Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants). »

« The condo was clean, very nice size for the 4 of us. The location was great for walking to restaurants. ( It was too close to the donut shop though!!! haha) Sit out on the back patio and see and listen to the ocean. Very pretty sunrise our first AM. Pool was big and clean. « Property exactly as described/pictured. Our stay was great, the unit is just the right size for two adults. We couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was our primary reason for choosing this rental. The pool was clean and had plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs, and lounge seating. The two A/C units did their very best and kept us cool, but they are terribly noisy and run almost constantly. Seems like the whole complex has the same problem?Will keep this place on my favorites...
