'It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.'

'We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

'L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympas et souples sur les horaires d’arrivée car avec le train nous arrivions à 22:30 mais cela n’a pas posé de problème. Seule chose à faire attention les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas fait pour tout le monde. Mais pour nous tout était bien.'

'Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

'Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!'

'This apartment is great. Location is amazing, pictures are completely accurate. I loved the finishes and the aesthetic of the space. It was a perfect place to stay. Getting the keys was difficult but the property management was helpful via email and responded promptly on a Friday evening. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We enjoyed our time in Yves' lovely apartment. It had everything one needs for a 2 week stay. The location was excellent with great restaurants close by. Main tourist attractions we saw by walking and the rest by metro, which were only 5 minutes away. The Nespresso Ventuo made really good coffee. We found a shop in Marais for those larger pods. The only issue is the checking in process where it is very difficult to see the codes to access the keys, as it sits in a mailbox. But we managed it...

'The property owner was extremely nice and made us feel right at home with clear communication. The property is great value, with a great location close to the Arc and Metro. We felt very safe in the neighbour and the apartment was very clean, with great street views from the patio doors that open. All in all, great location, safe, clean and good value in the price.
